Vicki's Spinach Strawberry Salad with Poppyseed Dressing

  • Spinach
  • Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 Sweet onion (sliced)
  • Walnuts
Dressing:
1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 T. Vinegar
1/3 c Sugar
1/4 c Milk
2 T Poppyseeds

Put dressing in a jar. Cover and Shake until blended. Dressing keeps several days in fridge.
